Young Zambian Man, 24, Who Impregnated His Boss Now Says He Is Confused and Doesn’t Know What to Do.

On the other, he feels a sense of responsibility and doesn’t want to abandon her or the child.

“Part of me wants to be there for her, but I feel like I’m too young to be a father, and I’m not ready for this level of commitment,” he confided. Adding to his dilemma, he’s concerned about how his family and friends will react, knowing that the mother of his child is not only significantly older but also his superior at work.

The boss, who is currently in her first trimester, has assured him that she has no intention of pressuring him into anything he’s uncomfortable with. However, she has also expressed that she is prepared to raise the child with or without his involvement. “She told me she’ll support whatever decision I make, but I know that if I walk away, I’ll feel guilty,” he said.
