A Chinsali woman who was ailing from a stubborn heart complication can not hide her joy after she was recently given a clean bill of health.
Patricia Chanda said she could not believe that herbal medicine from renowned herbalist Doctor Mawanda could cure her. But it finally did.
In her testimony, Patricia Chanda said she had frequented dozens of hospitals hunting for a cure but all her frantic efforts bore no fruits.
Various tests were conducted on her, x-rays taken and she was condemned to expensive medication but the left side of her chest remained a thorn in the flesh.
It was always painful, she experienced abnormally fast heartbeats while headaches became a daily dose of her tribulations.
“Despite the tests and medication, doctors could not find any problem. Results said my health was top notch. But I could tell that all was not well due to the pain and fast heart rate. Medics told me that the only option I had was to be flown abroad for advanced scans and treatment,” Patricia narrated.
She was told that her best chance of survival was a delicate heart procedure. The doctors could not do it in the country. She was to fly to London.
This pushed her to start planning to fundraise so that she could collect enough money for the procedure and logistics. Her health insurance provider also promised to intervene.
Patricia narrated that, as was planning to start fundraise for her medical journey, one of her relatives approached her and suggested that she seek services of herbalist Mawanda who had handled dozens of similar cases.
Patricia said that her cousin, Clinton, helped her to find Mawanda who had once helped him nab his cheating wife.
